It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase and understand our terms and conditions. Please read the following policy regarding payments, returns/exchanges.

All Joska & Sons products are hand made to order and have the qualities of small scale production. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Of course we will do our best to make and send everything asap. If you have specific requirements or time constraints please let us know.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards. For other payments please contact us. 

Shipping
Joska & Sons will endeavour to process your order within 2–5 working days. 

You will be contacted when your order is ready to be sent. All packages are traced .
We are only shipping to New Zealand at this time, for international orders please email first to discuss.
 
Returns & Cancellations
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Should you want to cancel your order before shipping, please phone us on +64 021 297 9793 or email as soon as possible, and we will cancel your order. Once orders have shipped, you will have to return your item back to us and we will then process a refund.You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).If you need to return an item, simply email us or phone us at +64 021 297 9793. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
